Craig specialises in advising individuals in relation to personal injury actions. He has experience in dealing with claims arising from road traffic accidents, including associated property damage and credit hire. Craig also advises clients on accidents in the workplace, accidents in public places and criminal injuries compensation claims. He deals with claims from the initial conversation with clients to the conclusion of a case, through negotiating settlements with insurance companies or litigation, if necessary.
Craig appears regularly on behalf of clients in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland.
