Clare is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Team. She advises and represents clients in relation to a variety of issues including executry disputes, property litigation, defamation disputes, professional negligence claims and intellectual property disputes. She ensures that clients are supported at every stage of a dispute and continuously assesses the prospects of success and potential for settlement.
Clare regularly appears in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and also advises clients in relation to alternative dispute resolution. Clare understands the importance of achieving the best possible outcome for the client and tailors her advice to suit her clients’ needs.
