Andrew Ronald

Andrew is a partner in the banking & finance team with extensive experience in advising both borrowers and lenders.  He advises on property securities, property diligence matters, intercreditor agreements and challenge ability issues (amongst others).

Andrew deals with all aspects of real estate finance, development finance and corporate banking across all sectors including manufacturing, retail and healthcare.  He works with alternative lenders and bridging lenders entering the Scottish market place to advise on all facets of Scots law financing, including the preparation of standard form security documents.
