Adam operates a growing practice with a particular focus on civil and commercial disputes concerning commercial contracts, professional negligence, commercial property and complex debt recovery.

Adam is frequently instructed to appear on behalf of his clients in Sheriff Courts across Scotland, including dealing with urgent protective orders and diligence.

He is experienced in dealing with complex litigations in the Commercial Courts of the Court of Session, instructing and working alongside members of the Scottish Bar.

Adam also regularly represents both commercial and private Landlords at Scotland's First Tier Housing Tribunal pursuing a variety of civil remedies including recovery of possession.

Adam, with previous experience as a small business operator, advises small businesses and start-ups on the utility of dispute resolution. Additionally, Adam's background in high level sport has facilitated his assistance with several of the firm's Sports Law instructions.
