Victoria provides advice to Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), local authorities and housing associations in Scotland in relation to property work. In particular, Victoria reports to clients on the property aspects of development acquisitions and carries out due diligence exercises when dealing with large-scale acquisitions.
Victoria has experience in both residential and commercial property. She has supported clients through the process of buying and selling their homes, as well as helping to facilitate the acquisition and disposal of commercial property on behalf of clients, tailoring advice to suit the clients’ environment. She has experience in leasing and carrying out security work on behalf of lenders and borrowers, including refinances and Voluntary Registrations.
Victoria joined the firm in 2021. During her time at university, Victoria volunteered as a Client Advisor with Citizens Advice Direct and as an Associate Member at The University of Strathclyde’s Law Clinic.
