Rory Paterson

Rory has a wide variety of experience in different types of property law, with a background in infrastructure and energy projects, rural land acquisitions and disposals, and commercial real estate.

Rory has acted for both the public and private sectors, with a particular emphasis on commercial sales and acquisitions, leasing for landlords and tenants and security transactions. He has experience in acting in the purchase and sale of development sites for house builders and for student accommodation.

Rory also acts for a number of commercial clients with regards to property acquisition and development transactions, as well as refinance transactions across various sectors to facilitate business growth.
