Robert McConnell

Robert works in our Rural team and has experience in a wide range of rural and commercial property work, including agricultural tenancies, forestry acquisitions and disposals, farm purchases, community group projects and other complex rural property matters. He undertakes work for private and public sector clients alike in relation to property matters.

Robert is also experienced and knowledgeable of land registration matters, including first registration, voluntary registration, title rectification and prescriptive rights.

He has a particular interest in land reform, community group projects, rural business and helping develop Scotland’s rural economy. Robert enjoys advising on all aspects of property law and rural matters.
