Marc provides advice on a range of commercial matters to public and private sector clients and also advises both employee and employer clients on employment-related matters.

He advises clients on the day-to-day aspects of employment law including matters such as redundancy, unfair dismissal, employment status, and sickness and absence issues.  Marc also regularly advises clients in respect of settlement agreements and negotiations with employees/employers.  Additionally, Marc is experienced in drafting and revising employment related documentation for clients and their specific needs including contracts of employment, relevant HR policies and procedures, and employee handbooks.

Marc also has considerable experience advising public and private sector clients in relation to public procurement.  He provides a full suite of procurement advice at all stages of the procurement process including pre-market engagement and development, contract administration and publication, and contract award.  Marc has specific experience of drafting, revising and advising on procurement documentation such as bespoke invitations to tender documents and contracts, contract notices and contract award notices, and the single procurement document (SPD).  Marc regularly acts as a sounding board for clients to ensure that actions being taken are compliant with the relevant procurement regulations/legislation.

In addition to this, Marc also provides advice in relation to all types of commercial contracts such as contracts for goods and/or services, distribution agreements, consultancy agreements, and terms and conditions of business documents.
