Limor is a partner in our Commercial Property team, with more than a decade of experience supporting a variety of clients, including property developers, investors, funds, banks, insolvency practitioners, landlords and tenants, international, national and SME businesses in relation to all aspects of Scottish commercial property.
Limor regularly advises on the sale, acquisition and financing of single asset and property portfolios either as stand-alone Scottish deals or as part of larger cross-border transactions. She is adept at managing multi-faceted property finance and restructuring matters, acting for both borrowers and lenders in relation to commercial property assets. Limor also regularly provides advice on corporate transactions involving Scottish property, and has acted for insolvency practitioners and purchasers in relation to buyouts of high street brands.

Limor has a Masters in International Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow, graduating summa cum laude in 2010.
