Lila is a civil litigator, specialising in personal injury & reparation.
Lila acts for private individuals at both pre-litigated and litigated stages. She is acutely aware of the value and importance of creating, establishing and nurturing good relationships with her clients and ensures that she deals with claims from the initial conversation all the way through to their conclusion.
It is important to be in touch with the day-to-day commercial realities that concern clients. Whether negotiating settlement of her clients’ claims or representing them in Court, Lila works hard to achieve the best possible outcome, whilst managing expectations and providing innovative and pragmatic advice.
In addition to her Court of Session practice, Lila regularly appears in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland, including the All Scotland Personal Injury Court.
Before becoming a lawyer, Lila obtained a degree in Architecture from the Glasgow School of Art and worked for award-winning architects on various projects around the world.
