Gayle Hogwood

Gayle is a solicitor in the Corporate team, having joined the firm after training in the public sector. Dealing with a full range of commercial contract work including distribution and manufacturing agreements, agency, terms and conditions and confidentiality agreement Gayle’s clients vary from small businesses, including start-ups and spinouts particularly in the technology industry, to large and growing businesses and corporate organisations. She also advises on corporate matters including, partnership agreements, shareholder’s agreements and investments both for start-up and established businesses, as well as assisting with matters concerning Intellectual Property.

Gayle is also a practicing Notary Public.
