Colleen advises and assists clients on a wide range of matters relating to rural land, including crofting, agricultural leases, farm purchases and sales, seabed leases, voluntary registrations, estate purchases and sales and community buy-outs, as well as working on renewable energy projects and carrying out security and alternative finance work on behalf of clients and lenders.
Being based in the far north of Scotland, Colleen has a keen interest in the challenges facing our rural communities, with a particular focus on those issues affecting our crofting communities.
Colleen joined the firm having previously worked in an all-around non-contentious role. This varied experience assists her to deliver practical, holistic advice to both individuals and businesses.
