Harper Macleod is delighted to have advised Inverness-based telecoms firm HighNet on its acquisition by West Sussex-based Focus Group.
The family run business, founded in Inverness in 1994 and which also has a base in Glasgow, aims to grow its annual turnover to £20 million as part of the larger group, which will extend the geographical reach, product portfolio and service expertise for both brands.
HighNet will continue to operate under its brand name, with current managing director David J Siegel leading the existing management team and employees.
