Head of Family Law Amanda Masson's article on the psychological evidence around shared care of children and its implications for family law practice has been published by Green's Family Law, the specialist publication for family law professionals.

Meanwhile, three other members of the family team appear in this month's Journal of the Law Society of Scotland. Partners Jenny Smith and Alexis Harper co-authored "The business of divorce" along with their colleague Rachel McNeill, an Associate in Harper Macleod's Corporate team.

Family law Associate Nadine Martin's article on a recent decision of the European Court of Human Rights on parentage appears in the Journal too.

Amanda Masson said: "Every member of our team is committed to making a contribution to the understanding and development of our vocation and sharing our knowledge and experience with fellow family law practitioners is one of the best ways to do this. With five of the team recognised as accredited specialists in Family Law, we're in a good position to play our part in the continual evolution of our area of Scots law."
