Harper Macleod, the reigning Scottish Law Firm of the Year, has been shortlisted in four categories at the Scottish Legal Awards 2017.
The firm is in the running to retain its Firm of the Year title, and is also up for the Litigation Team of the Year, Innovation in Practice and Excellence in Client Care awards.

Martin Darroch, Chief Executive of Harper Macleod, said: "We're delighted to be shortlisted for these awards. Giving our clients the best possible quality and value of legal advice is what drives us on and it's rewarding to see that drive recognised by your peers. We wish all the finalists good luck and look forward to joining them to celebrate the best of our profession in March."
Organisers of the 14th annual awards said they had received their highest ever number of nominations, with Shonaig Macpherson, chair of the judging panel, saying: “The quality and quantity of entries in the Scottish Legal Awards has broken all records and inevitably this has led to some very difficult decisions. We look forward to shining a light on all our winners in a few weeks’ time.”
The winners will be announced at a black tie awards dinner on Thursday, 30 March at The Music Hall in Edinburgh's Assembly Rooms.
