Harper Macleod is delighted to have strengthened its corporate team and its personal injury team with with a number of new recruits.
Lesley Wisely, pictured, has joined Scotland's Law Firm of the Year from Ledingham Chalmers and will support the Inverness team led by Partner Chris Kerr, working in particular with many of the region's leading family-owned and owner-managed businesses, as well as entrepreneurs.
Meanwhile, following the arrival of Partner Elaine Russell earlier this year, the firm has continued to expand its Personal Injury & Reparation (PI&R) team by bringing in two new recruits - solicitor Dominic Ritchie and paralegal Nikita Mae Young - who have joined from Gildeas Solicitors.
Lesley Wisely has extensive experience advising clients in both the private and public sector and on all types of transaction, from general corporate and commercial advice to mergers and acquisitions, disposals, investments, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, share capital reductions, share buybacks, corporate reorganisations and demergers.
