HMC PD

Learning Together

What is HMC PD?

HMC PD has been created to provide a high quality, quick and easy solution for Faculties and other CPD providers. The service allows you to tap into a wide range of existing seminars or to request a seminar on a topic of your choice.

The seminars are provided free of charge at a location of your choice, subject to availability and our Terms and Conditions below.

If you would like to book a session or find out a little more then click here and we will do the rest.

I have found presenting as part of Faculty arranged CPD to be highly beneficial in generating new referral work.

What is HM Connect?

HM Connect is a network operated by Harper Macleod supporting High Street Legal Firms across Scotland. Over a third of the profession are members. It's free to join and to be a member of and you can find out more here

Why HMC PD?

HM Connect has been providing CPD to its member firms for almost 10 years and to Faculties and other CPD Providers for more than 5. All of our CPD is Law Society compliant.

With all of the resources of Harper Macleod we are able to provide an authoritive voice on almost every area of interest to legal practitioners.

Below is a selection of seminars available. It is updated regularly so don't forget to bookmark this page. Alternatively we are happy to provide CPD on other areas on request.

CPD can be provided as a breakfast, lunchtime or evening session subject to availability.

To book, or to enquire about a topic not already covered just click here

What would you like us to talk about?

Is there a particular area of the law or practice that you or your faculty require CPD on?

Often changes in the law and legal developments prove extremely popular. Simple guides for general practitioners on areas that they come across but don't deal with regularly are also well attended.

The HM Connect Team meet with practitioners daily and understand the issues important to High Street firms. We are always delighted to suggest topics or to hear from you with your suggestions.

Get in touch to discuss in more detail.
