This seminar will examine how bands are dealt with under the law. It will look at partnership arrangements, both those which are addressed in a written agreement, and those which come into being under law through the simple fact people start to play together. It will also look at the use of companies as ways in which to organise inter band affairs. Lastly it will address what happens when bands separate, either amicably or not, and who has rights to the name, music, income and such like.
