Private Client Vacancies, Glasgow & Inverness

As a result of the continued expansion of our Personal Legal Services practice across the country, we are looking to recruit the following positions

Experienced Solicitor, minimum 4 years PQE, Private Client (Glasgow)

You should have at least four years' PQE and will deal with all aspects of Wills, Trusts, Executries, Adults with Incapacity matters and Estate Planning (to include Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax issues). Being STEP qualified and/or dual Scots/English qualified will be helpful, although is not essential.

Senior Private Client Lawyer (up to Partner level), minimum 6 years PQE, Private Client (Inverness)

You should have at least six years' PQE and will deal with all aspects of Wills, Trusts, Executries, Adults with Incapacity matters and Estate Planning (to include Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax issues). Being STEP qualified and/or dual Scots/English qualified will be helpful, although is not essential. 

 

The successful candidate will deal with interesting, varied work with high levels of client contact and must be capable of dealing with their own caseload in a challenging, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. An enthusiasm for business development is also important.
