Harper Macleod Announces New Appointment

Harper Macleod LLP, one of Scotland's leading commercial law firms, is delighted to announce a new appointment and an internal promotion.

David Kaye joins the firm from 2 February as a Partner in the firm's Corporate Department. Formerly of Bell & Scott LLP, David has extensive experience in franchising, corporate and related business law services.

Promoted to Associate status is Ross Fielding of the firm's Real Estate Practice. Ross joined Harper Macleod as a trainee in 2004, qualifying in 2006. He specialises in all areas of property related work including development funding for secured lenders, sales / purchases of large scale institutional investments and commercial leasing.
