October Construction Law Updates - Glasgow and Inverness

Harper Macleod is organising a Construction Law Update to be held in the Radisson Hotel, Glasgow on Wednesday, October 1st and the Kingsmill Hotel, Inverness on Tuesday, October 7th.

These popular lunchtime seminars hosted by Harper Macleod Construction Law partner Michael Conroy will provide an update on recent construction law issues and developments.

Guest speaker Ian Strathdee of Davis Langdon will provide an explanation of the Scottish Arbitration Code, 2007 and the Consultation on Draft Scottish Arbitration Bill, 2008.

These events are targeted at anyone with an interest in construction-related matters, such as developers, contractors, surveyors, lenders, local councils etc.

Registration is from 1145 and the formal presentations/questions and answers will be followed by a buffet at 1320.
