Harper Macleod Only Scottish Law Firm Featured in MPF's "Top 100 Professional Firms To Work For"

Managing Partners' Forum (MPF) has featured leading Scottish commercial law firm Harper Macleod LLP in its inaugural "100 Best Professional Firms to Work For 2008" survey.  Harper Macleod was the only Scottish legal firm featured from over 150 UK professional firms that applied for Best Companies accreditation in late 2007. 

MPF derived the table from accreditation company, Best Companies.  At least 90% of a company's score comes from an employee survey across 8 categories including leadership, manager, team, pay and benefits, wellbeing, Corporate Social Responsibility, personal growth and firm.  A discretionary 10% of the company's score can be derived from a company questionnaire.  Best Companies also visit many of the companies to see the workplace for themselves, policies in action and the firm's culture.
