Our advice is tailor-made across a wide spectrum of activities and incorporates a number of related areas of law including licensing, property, employment, corporate, banking and debt recovery.

We represent significant players. We continue to represent a wide cross-section of significant operators in the licensed trade in Scotland. Our clients include 1,700 of the members of the Scottish Licensed Trade Association (SLTA). Our Our Licensing Manager has sole responsibility for the administration of the SLTA Licence Renewal Scheme.  We act for major brewers and a portfolio of both corporate and owner-operated businesses. We have recently been instructed to deal with all licensing matters for leading pub operator entering the Scottish market for the first time from a prominent position in England.
