The European & Human Rights Practice Group analyse a variety of matters to ascertain whether European or human rights approaches are viable. The PG can also identify whether there are any European or human rights issues which had not previously been envisaged within the particular case or transaction.

Whether any obligations under European or human rights law are identified as being incumbent upon our clients, we advise on how best to comply with these obligations in order to facilitate the smooth running of the particular case or transaction.
