HM Academy

Our training programmes are co-ordinated through our training brand, HM Academy.

Knowledge and expertise are key to our service promise and we invest significant time and resources in the delivery of training to our clients, practitioners and other professionals.

HM currently offers a range of training courses, including:

• In-house lunchtime training seminars
• External conferences and seminars
• Bespoke in-house training packages based on clients' requirements

The key features of HM Academy are as follows:

Partnership Approach. Our Training Partner will take time to understand your organisation's training requirements to ensure the right individual or HM team is put in place to deliver the most appropriate level of training to meet your objectives

Expertise. All of our Solicitors are encouraged to become specialists in their own field. Delivery of training is natural to the firm as many of our Solicitors already carry out part time teaching.

Flexibility. Each programme is devised to suit individual needs, providing either a workgroup format for selected members of staff, a conference style format for a larger group or a combination of both. In addition, we can arrange training in our own offices, in your own premises or using video conferencing facilities.

Consistency. Branded training materials are provided to all delegates to ensure they have appropriate supporting documentation for future reference.
