Employment Seminars In Glasgow And Inverness

Harper Macleod LLP is holding Employment Seminars on Thursday, November 6th at the Radisson SAS, Glasgow and on Thursday, November 13th at the Kingsmills Hotel, Inverness focusing on "Managing Change In The Workplace."

 

 

These seminars will focus on the process and legal issues arising from managing change within the workplace.  It will consider the best ways to avoid common pitfalls in changing contractual terms and policies and methods to resolve differences that may arise.  A workshop will allow delegates to consider fictional scenarios and discuss their own previous experience.  The seminars will also focus on the proposed amendments to the statutory dispute resolution procedures, due to take effect in April 2009.
