Harper Macleod LLP Advises on Sale of Glencoe

Harper Macleod LLP, one of Scotland's leading commercial law firms, has advised Edinburgh-based liquidator, Invocas, on the sale of the Glencoe Mountain Resort to GM Chairlift Ltd in a management buy-out. 

Donald Munro, Corporate Partner at Harper Macleod, led the team working with Invocas to close the deal.
