Harper Macleod Secures Child Support Agency Tender

Leading commercial law firm, Harper Macleod, is set to become more involved in providing legal services to the public sector with the announcement of tender to the Child Support Agency in Scotland. 

Harper Macleod will provide the Child Support Agency with legal services for all their Debt Recovery and Paternity action work in Scotland.    

The success of the Child Support Agency tender is the latest client win for Harper Macleod.  It follows the recent announcement that the firm won the competition for the first contract tendered by the Scottish Executive through its new legal panel process as well as successful tenders to Scottish Homes, Student Loans Company (Ltd) and Interbrew UK.
