Former DLA Heavyweight Joins Harper Macleod
Harper Macleod LLP, one of Scotlands leading commercial law firms, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Norman Oliver as PFI & Projects Partner. The appointment takes effect from 3rd January 2005.
Dr Oliver, formerly Head of the Infrastructure Group with DLA Scotland LLP, will be based primarily in Harper Macleods Edinburgh office, specialising in public sector, project finance and healthcare
