Minister For Communities to Deliver Keynote Address at National Housing Conference 2006

Harper Macleod LLP is delighted to announce that Malcolm Chisholm MSP, Minister for Communities, will deliver the keynote address at the forthcoming National Housing Conference. 

Former "Public Sector Firm of the Year", Harper Macleod LLP is currently finalising the programme for the 9th National Housing Conference, "Housing and Regeneration: A Partnership Approach" - which will take place on Wednesday 8 February 2006 at Dunblane Hydro. 

The firm is also delighted that Andy Milne, Chief Executive of the Scottish Urban Regeneration Forum (SURF), will Chair the Conference, whilst confirmed speakers include Mike Neilson, Head of Group for Housing and Regeneration, Scottish Executive and David Orr, Chief Executive, National Housing Federation.  Len Freedman, Dr Norman Oliver and James McMorrow from Harper Macleod LLP, will also address the conference on current key legal and regeneration issues. 

Following the successful introduction of breakout sessions, the Conference will feature group discussion opportunities on a range of topics, including Sustainable Communities, LIFT Procurement, Delivering Regeneration and Partnering & Framework Agreements, offering delegates direct contact and discussion with experts in a number of topical areas.
