This seminar will be in our popular mock scenario format. The scenario will comprise a role play involving solicitors in Harper Macleod's Employment Team, and will focus on the potential employment issues which can arise prior to, during and on return to work following maternity leave. There will be a question and answer session to allow clarification of good practice, and to provide delegates with the opportunity to raise any questions of their own.
