This seminar will include presentations on key aspects of The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, with a focus on the evolving nature of the legislation and related policy guidance. There will also be an interactive workshop session, which will consider the development of the best practice in FOI compliance and give attendees the opportunity to share practical advice and experience.

This seminar is primarily aimed at experienced Freedom of Information practitioners and in-house solicitors of Scottish public authorities and would not be appropriate for anyone who has no prior experience of Freedom of Information.
