In addition to negotiating and drafting contractual documentation which best meets our client's requirements,  offering assistance in the resolution of disputes, which inevitably arise in this complex and highly competitive industry, is another important support which we provide to our clients. We're active and experienced in providing expert advice in pursuing or defending claims, whether that's  by negotiation or, when necessary, by recourse to adjudication, arbitration or the courts.
