Our Insurance & Reparation Practice Group provides a dedicated team with long experience of acting on behalf of both pursuers and defenders in Scotland's Sheriff Courts and in the Court of Session. We pursue all types of claim underwritten by legal expenses insurance - particularly, all aspects of claims arising from road traffic accidents, personal injury, contractual and property disputes, as well as grievances in the workplace. We also deal with pursuing claims against the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.

All sides of the argument. Our defender work includes road traffic cases, employers' liability claims and public liability disputes. We act for government departments and public bodies as well as insurers.  We represent clients at fatal accident inquiries and defend proceedings raised against insurers and their policyholders.

While most cases we deal with involve personal injury, claims we are instructed to deal with might also involve compensation claims against a holiday companies or arguments between neighbours about foliage blocking the light or boundary disputes.
