We have been key players in a number of project "firsts" - the first truly public private partnership (PPP) in Scotland, Stirling's Thistle Marches Shopping Centre; the first successful Scottish Large Scale Voluntary Transfers (LSVT) of housing stock. And, more recently, we've been at the forefront in developing the concept of Local Improvement Finance Trusts (LIFT) schemes.
